This two week challenge will help you “tune” your physiology so that your recovery, and metabolic optimization naturally kick in.

The two week Yoga & CBD Biohacking challenge provides a carefully crafted program that will reboot your health. The morning yoga exercises (done on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays) will stimulate the body to gain positive energy for the events of the day. The relaxing evening practices of self massage and yoga nidra (done on Tuesdays and Thursdays) will decompress your body and mind from the events of the day, and help you glide right into bed, peace

Our bodies are governed by variable systems that interact with one another. For example, the respiratory system (lungs, nose & bronchioles) works in concert with the nervous system, and heart to bring equilibrium to our whole body after an intense bout of exercise.

Interactions between our body’s different systems can be manipulated for specific results. The variability in organ systems makes us “hackable”, just like a piece of code in a complex computer program. Our lungs are blanked by nerves which affect our heart rate and anxiety levels. So the simple act of changing the way we breathe can down regulate stress, restore hormonal balance and change our blood pH levels.

What does this challenge look like?

We will train digitally on Zoom, in three 30 minute morning yogic conditioning practices on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:00 am – 7:30 am EST.

Before the morning practice, and for every morning during the two week challenge, and at the same exact time, take the Commons Day Gummy (10mg CBD + B12 + Caffeine)

We will also do two 30 minute evening practices digitally on Zoom, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:30pm EST that focus on self massage and yoga nidra (guided relaxation).

  • All Zoom classes start on time. Try to be prompt, so that you are centered and focused on your personal wellness.

  • Try to take a shower before each practice. The Jai Sugrim Method teaches practitioners to clean the body before cleaning the mind. Your morning shower will wake you up and bring alertness. It will shift the body from a static state to a more kinetic state. Try to finish the morning shower with 30- 60 seconds of cold water on your face, head and neck. You will be ready to move! The evening shower should be with warm and hot water. It will soothe you and relax the muscles, in preparation for rest.

  • Each participant should have a yoga mat and two yoga blocks at home. This is the only training equipment you will need for the challenge.

Gain inspiration from Jai on social media, practice with Jai on YouTube, and learn about biohacking from The Jai Sugrim Method Podcast before the challenge begins. Try to reduce your screen time at night, get better rest, and eat healthy foods that digest efficiently.
