Week 5 was a disaster, as I overtrained and got derailed.
Week 6 was a classical realignment, where I got back on track.
This is a healing story with a big adventure at it's core. You will see how, with all major endeavors, that progress is rarely linear – and what is most important, is to get realigned and saddle up, once you have been thrown from the horse.
