Six ways to work one-on-one

Six ways to work one-on-one.

Every session is one hour, $200, in person at the Center. For a structured arc with a starting point, begin with The Longevity Baseline below.

Massage Therapy

One hour · $200

Licensed bodywork to release what tension and training leave behind. For recovery, circulation, and a nervous system that can finally downshift.

Assisted Stretch

One hour · $200

Guided, table-based stretching that takes you further than you can reach alone. For range of motion, easier movement, and undoing the stiffness that builds with the years.

Private Yoga Therapy

One hour · $200

Yoga applied to a specific issue: an injury, a pain pattern, a limitation you want to work through. Therapeutic and built to your body, not a class.

Personal Strength Training

One hour · $200

One-on-one strength work for the second half of life. Resistance, balance, and the capacity that protects your independence. This is the training that keeps you doing what you love.

Private Yoga Instruction

One hour · $200

Private attention to refine your practice, or to begin one. Your questions, your body, your pace.

Health Coaching

One hour · $200

One-on-one guidance for how you move, train, eat, and recover. You bring your patterns and your goals; the hour is built around what your healthy aging actually needs next.

The Longevity Baseline.

The Longevity Baseline $750

One assessment and three longevity training sessions. We start by mapping where you actually are: how you move, where your strength is, where the imbalances hide, your history and your goals. Then three sessions put the findings to work on the patterns that matter most, from how you train to how you eat and recover. You leave knowing your starting point and already moving it.

Who you are working with

The work here is led by Jai Sugrim. He started as a personal trainer, then joined the New York Yankees as their massage therapist and assistant strength and conditioning coach. He has spent the decades since teaching yoga, strength, and movement for the second half of life. Every service on this page is something he has practiced and refined, hands on, for over thirty years, and it sets the standard for every session at the Center: read the body well, and meet it where it is. Whether you come to recover, to move with less pain, or to get stronger, the hour is built around you.
