Episode 54 is all about finding your mojo, if you've lost it in life's second half.

I define mojo like this:

“Mojo” is an informal term that refers to an individual's personal power, confidence, or charisma. It represents a person's unique ability to attract success, create positive energy, and confidently navigate life's challenges. Mojo is often associated with a sense of vitality, enthusiasm, and the ability to achieve one's goals with flair and style. It's that intangible quality that makes someone stand out, radiate confidence, and live life to the fullest. Finding or reconnecting with one's mojo typically involves a journey of self-discovery and self-confidence building.

I offer five tips for reconnecting with your mojo, then expound upon each suggestion.

The five suggestions are:

  1. Strengthen your ankles
  2. Perfect your gut health
  3. Join a community where folks know your name and wonder about how you’re doing
  4. Connect with nature (earthing/grounding)
  5. Explore creative outlets (like writing, the arts, or music/singing.)
