Booking and payment information. Class bookings, memberships, packages, and payments are processed by our scheduling and payment providers, Momence and Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by those providers under their own security and privacy practices; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and the third-party tools embedded here may collect basic technical and usage information (such as browser type and pages viewed) through cookies and similar technologies.

To respond to your inquiries and provide the classes, sessions, memberships, packages, and programs you request; to send the updates and newsletter you signed up for; to process bookings and payments; and to operate and improve the site.

We rely on trusted third parties, each with its own privacy policy: Momence (scheduling, forms, and payments), Stripe (payment processing), Buzzsprout (podcast hosting and player), YouTube and Google Fonts (embedded video and fonts), and links to Instagram and LinkedIn.
