The Art of Aging Mindfully.
An ongoing conversation about the second half of life. The method, thought through out loud: meditation, identity-based habits, strength, personalized health, and recovery, in the words of someone who practices them.
Ninety-six episodes in, with a new season beginning.

This show is one continuous conversation about how to age well and keep growing in the second half of life. It is the method, articulated week by week: what to practice, why it works, and how it holds up against a real life.
Some episodes teach a single practice. Some think through a question. All of them treat you as a capable adult who wants depth, not hype.
Your host is Jai Sugrim, a mindful longevity guide and meditation teacher. He spent decades mastering yoga, then followed the practice inward, and the training he values most now is mental: the skills that keep a mind clear and steady in the second half of life. He is the practitioner behind The Art of Aging Mindfully.
