Class Description
Yogic Conditioning” is an all-level, 30-minute strength and mobility class that aligns body, mind, and spirit. The exercises aim to preserve a healthy range of movement, increase core strength, and improve balance while strengthening the heart.
This class will invigorate your mornings, bring energy to the body, and add peace of mind to the space between your ears. With consistent practice, yogic conditioning will help you lead a long, healthy, fulfilling life.
