For the Ready

Who This Is For.

Right for you if

  • You’re in the second half of life and you can feel the chapter shifting. You want to engage with it skillfully and intelligently.

  • You’re willing to be guided. You believe in your own capacity to evolve, with effort and concentration.

  • You can invest at this tier without strain. You outsource expertise, not the work itself. You want a teacher and a structure, not a script or a shortcut.

  • You want to trade busyness, constant doing, and burnout for purpose, presence, and space to enjoy what life has to offer.

Not right for you (yet) if

  • You want a quick fix. The work is process-oriented. It’s bitten off in bite-sized chunks and chewed slowly, so that the teachings digest, assimilate, and integrate into your life going forward.

  • You want someone to do the practice for you. We guide; you practice.

  • You’re in active medical or psychiatric crisis requiring primary clinical care. Work with your clinician first; we can hold space when you’re ready.

  • You’re not yet in the second half of life.

Calibrated to You

The Method.

The work runs through five pillars, calibrated to you. Mind first; everything else downstream. Not a stack of habits: one integrated method.

Meditation

Mind-first practice that makes everything else effective.

Identity-Based Habits

The architecture of who you are becoming.

Strength

Resistance training, mobility, balance, and metabolic conditioning for the second half of life.

Personalized Health

Your biomarkers and labs, translated into daily practice.

Recovery

Sleep, nervous system regulation, and structured rest.

The Foundation

What’s Inside the Container.

Across three, six, or twelve months, the foundation is identical. What changes between containers is duration and the number of private sessions. Everything else below is included at every tier.

Personal Guidance with Jai

  • Private 75-minute sessions. Weekly in the Foundation Phase; bi-weekly once the work has matured.
  • Five emails per week. A direct line to Jai between sessions, with a 24-to-48-hour response window.
  • Voxer voice-memo access. Voice questions for the moments when an email would be too slow.
  • Two support calls per month. Short live check-ins between sessions when something needs a voice.
  • Crisis response. When life shifts unexpectedly, the container holds. Jai is reachable.

Live Morning Practice

  • Morning Meditation and Breathwork. Monday through Friday, 6:30 to 6:55 AM ET. Live, on Zoom, every weekday. You step into a practice already in motion.
  • Strength, Mobility & Balance. M/W/F, 7:00 to 7:35 AM ET. Live movement class for the second half of life.

Both programs run as standalone memberships outside of coaching. Coaching clients receive full access at every tier.

Your Personalized Plan

  • Private Notion workspace. Session notes, protocols, and tracking in one place you can return to between sessions and after the engagement ends.
  • Baseline assessment at intake. A clear-eyed starting point. Body, mind, habits, current practices, and lab data where available.
  • Mid-program self-assessment. You document what has shifted, in your own words. The teacher is not the only one watching the change.
  • End-of-program review. What changed, what locked in, what you take forward as your own.
  • Personalized longevity plan. Built from your data and your responses to the work. Lives in the Notion workspace and evolves across the engagement.

Whatever container you choose, this is the foundation.

Outcomes

What the practice produces.

What follows is what we see when the work is met with consistency.

Jai assisting a student in a large outdoor class

Early in the work

  • The mind begins to quiet. Space opens between thought and reaction.
  • A daily rhythm forms. Morning practice opens the day. Evening wind-down closes it.
  • Your baseline becomes legible. Labs, biometrics, intake data, all in one place.

As the work matures

  • The practice becomes self-sustaining. You no longer need to push. It draws you naturally.
  • Your data begins to move. HRV rises. Inflammation settles. Sleep quality improves.
  • The body reorganizes. Strength gains are retained. Visceral fat decreases. Energy and mood stabilize.
  • The mind-body connection deepens. You sense the body’s need for food, rest, and stimulation at the right time.

Across the long arc

  • Your identity shifts. Self-acceptance becomes the doorway. The way we view ourselves shapes who we become in the world.
  • You trust yourself, read your own data, and adjust your own protocols. You hold your own container.
  • Your aging trajectory shifts. Your health span extends. Your biological age drops below your chronological age. Your cells are healthier and happier.
  • You live in gratitude and awe. The work has given you tools that meet each life stage before it arrives.
  • Spirit emerges, like light through a cracked door. Purpose sharpens. The work you’re here to do becomes clear.

You earn more good years, a body that performs, a mind that’s clear, and a practice that’s yours.

The second half of life is a daring new adventure.

Jai Sugrim
Your Guide

My work has spanned 31 years and one field. Training Yankees players. Creating my own television show. Clients across Hollywood, professional sports, and high finance. The path started in personal training at 20. Massage therapy, yoga, and meditation came as the decades unfolded.

What changes across the arc is depth, not direction. Early decades focused on the body. Later decades shifted toward the mind. The methodology you just read is what 31 years of practice produces.

I’m 51 now. The work has matured. I show up as your Mindful Longevity Guide. I walk alongside the people I coach, not above them, as they become the person they’re practicing to be.

Before You Apply

Frequently Asked Questions.

What makes this worth $11,000 to $45,000?

Three things. The first is private guidance through all five pillars across three to twelve months: 18, 30, or more individual sessions plus daily access to live morning meditation and yoga for the duration. The second is personalization. Your data, your protocols, your plan, all built and refined together. The third is methodology depth. Thirty-one years of practice translated into a system you can run for the rest of your life. At month six or twelve, you walk away with more good years, a body that performs, a mind that’s clear, and a practice that’s yours. The price reflects 31 years of practice, not 10 sessions of coaching.

Will this work for me specifically?

The work is built to meet you where you actually are, not where the methodology assumes you should be. The methodology is universal in structure and personalized in everything else. Five pillars practiced simultaneously: five petals on one flower. Your intake assessment shapes which pillar gets foreground emphasis first. Your labs and biometrics shape the protocols. Your dominant energy state shapes the pacing and the kind of practices that will land for you. I will support you in doing your own work.

Can we work remotely?

All flagship sessions are delivered on Zoom by default. The work is geographically neutral. Your morning meditation and yoga classes are also live on Zoom, so the daily practice runs the same whether you’re in Germantown, Manhattan, or anywhere else. If you’re nearby, the Center is available for occasional in-person sessions when it serves the work, but it isn’t a structural requirement of the program.

How do labs work?

At intake, I recommend a comprehensive baseline panel: Viome for gut and microbiome, full blood work, sex hormones, and cortisol. You order the labs through my recommended sources and pay for them separately; lab costs are not bundled into the program fee. The results come back to me to interpret, and we work them into your protocol. Over the engagement, I may recommend additional specialty tests based on what your data is telling us. At twelve months, premium-tier clients re-test the baseline panel. The boundary stays clear: I’m a guide, not a clinician. The labs inform the work; they don’t replace primary medical care.

What if life gets in the way?

Life shifts. That’s part of the territory. The container holds when it does. Sessions can be rescheduled within reason, the pacing can be adjusted, and I’m reachable between sessions when something needs voice. In a true crisis we recalibrate the work to support you through the moment, not around it. The work isn’t about pretending life doesn’t happen. It’s about meeting what happens with grace.

What happens after the 6 or 12 months?

At the end of your six or twelve months, you walk away equipped to run the practice yourself. That’s the design. Many clients stay connected through monthly concierge work at $3,500 a month, which gives you continued access for refinement and the deeper questions that mature practice surfaces. Others step into independence and check in occasionally through retreats or intensives. The choice is yours, and it isn’t pressured. The work you completed is yours regardless.

What if I’m working with a doctor or have a medical condition?

The work runs in parallel with your medical care, not in place of it. If you’re under the care of a doctor, the methodology integrates with what they’re doing. Your labs come back to me to interpret as a lifestyle and longevity guide, and I’m clear that I’m not interpreting them as a clinician. When the work would benefit from your physician’s input, I’ll say so. When something I’m seeing is outside my scope, I’ll send you back to them. The exception is active medical or psychiatric crisis requiring primary clinical care. In that case, work with your clinician first, and the container is here for you when you’re ready.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. I work with a small number of active flagship clients at any given time to protect the depth of the work. When my roster is full, Discovery Calls continue as fit conversations and qualified applicants join a waitlist. I don’t take clients who aren’t a fit just to fill a spot.

The next step is a Discovery Call.

I read every application personally.
