The Practice
During the challenge, you are welcome to eat as you normally do, but the only liquid that goes into your body should be water. You can have as much water as you like. But no other drinks, such as coffee, tea, juice, or alcohol, are allowed. This will help to reset the taste buds inside of your mouth.
Once per day you can have a large glass of water (up to 40 ounces) with fresh squeezed lemon juice (from one lemon) and ¼ of a teaspoon of sea salt. This will provide electrolytes and help you to hold water inside of your muscle cells.
In addition to drinking only water for a week, you are invited to exercise with Jai, live, on Zoom, in his “Yogic Conditioning” classes from January 9th –13th. These 30 minute workouts are from 7am–7:30 am EST. You will receive an eBook/Journal in your email with Zoom links to the live yoga practices, on the morning of Friday January 6th. The only equipment you need for this workout are two yoga blocks and a mat.
